Known as “Mr. Entertainer,” Terry Parker has been mesmerizing audiences with his silky smooth renditions of the music of the 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's, for years. Selections include music from some of the world greatest legends: Nat King Cole, Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, Little Anthony, The Platters and Smokie Robinson He has opened and performed with artist like Waymon Tisdale, Nelson Rangel, Anita Baker, Kenny Latimore, Zapp, Smokie Robinson and more..
Kijana Wiseman, M.Ed, a master degreed "Edutainer" has appeared in over 20 countries on the American, African and European continents and was awarded the APCA Best College Performing Artist of the Year for her one-woman show "The Griot". She has hundreds of jazz / pop / vaudeville / show tunes and international songs in herl repertoire and has worked with Mariam Makeba, Hugh Masekela, Sudan Arts SW, the Houston Symphony Chorus, SSSteamMoga, and toured America as a Texas Commission on the Arts Touring Roster Artist.

THE KITTRELL-WILSON CEMETERY, located behind Rosenwald School grounds, holds the graves of the school‘s Founders, Caregivers and Alumni. …many of whom are also alumni of Professor Samuel W. Houston’s High School and his Normal and Industrial Institute.
